Product Introduction
The Heavy Duty Double Roller Crusher is a robust crushing machine specifically designed for processing high-hardness materials and handling large feed sizes. It is capable of crushing granite, iron ore, basalt, large coal blocks, metallurgical slag, and other hard materials. Widely used in large-scale mining, aggregate production, mineral processing, metallurgy, and building materials industries, this crusher is engineered for continuous, heavy-duty operation under full production loads.
Working Principle
Two thickened, wear-resistant rollers rotate synchronously toward each other. Large materials are fed into the gap between the rollers, where they are crushed by powerful compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system automatically releases when uncrushable objects such as iron enter the crushing chamber, preventing equipment damage. The discharge size can be adjusted by changing the roller gap, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the machine.
