Description
The laboratory ring mill adopts a universal drive shaft and is powered by a V-belt of a 1.5kW fixed motor, achieving greater power and longer service life. The multi grinding bowl design allows you to choose grinding bowls of different capacities according to your needs, with a maximum processing capacity of 1600 grams of samples, enabling the preparation of various ore samples.

2. The external control box with start stop button, motor overload protection, and electronic running cycle timer make the operation of the ring grinder simple, convenient, efficient, and fault free.
3.When opening the cabinet cover during operation, the cover safety switch stops grinding to ensure absolute protection for the operator at all times.
4. The integrated emergency stop button ensures that the laboratory crusher can stop immediately in any emergency situation.

Working principle
The working principle is based on the high-speed relative motion between the grinding ring and the fixed grinding disc. The motor drives the grinding ring to rotate, causing strong compression, shear, and friction between the material and the disc, thereby achieving rapid and fine grinding.
Application
Suitable for crushing various materials such as ores, minerals, metallurgical samples, etc.
