We have developed a high-efficiency anti-blocking and low-temperature drying structure tailored for the characteristics of biomass materials such as sawdust, straw and wood chips, which are light in specific gravity, easy to fly and have high moisture content. The optimized air distribution system effectively avoids material flying and dust overflow, and the overall thermal efficiency reaches over 80%. It can stably reduce the moisture of raw wet biomass with 30%-55% initial water content to below 12%, fully meeting the strict moisture requirements for subsequent biomass pellet pressing.Ultra-high durability and low failure rate
The material contact parts are made of thickened anti-wear steel, and the special anti-wind and anti-leakage sealing structure greatly reduces heat loss. Every equipment must go through 72 hours of uninterrupted full-load test before delivery, with a design service life of more than 16 years, and the annual failure rate is controlled below 0.7%.Ultra-low comprehensive operating cost
