This 20 tons per hour industrial-grade kaolin dryer plant is a mature, cost-effective standardized medium-capacity model tailored for medium-scale kaolin processing projects. It perfectly matches the production rhythm of 150,000-ton annual output kaolin processing lines, ceramic raw material production workshops, and papermaking filler processing bases. It can stably process raw wet kaolin with 25%-40% initial moisture, and the final moisture of the dried finished kaolin is strictly controlled below 1%, fully preserving the whiteness, particle fineness and mineral crystal structure of kaolin, meeting the high-grade raw material standards for papermaking coating, high-end ceramics and paint fillers.
Core System Configuration & Working Principle
The whole plant consists of a sealed quantitative feeding device, main high-efficiency kaolin rotary dryer, clean heat supply system, multi-stage bag dust removal device, finished product closed conveying system and full intelligent constant-temperature control unit. The main dryer adopts a patented three-zone low-temperature gradient heat exchange structure, with all material contact parts made of polished food-grade stainless steel. The built-in anti-sticking self-cleaning device completely eliminates the common pain point of sticky kaolin adhering to the drum wall. The supporting multi-stage pulse bag dust removal system achieves a dust collection rate of 99.9%, no fine kaolin loss, and the emission fully meets the national environmental protection standards. The built-in flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles more than 75% of the residual heat from the exhaust gas, boosting the overall system thermal efficiency to over 80%.

Extremely high durability and low failure rate: The main drum is made of 12mm thick high-quality stainless steel, and the service life of the lifting plate and other vulnerable parts is more than 3 times longer than that of ordinary products. The heavy-duty transmission system supports 24-hour continuous full-load operation for more than 30 days, with a design service life of over 16 years, and the annual failure rate is lower than 0.7%.
High flexibility for multi-scenario adaptation: It supports a variety of heat source options such as natural gas, biomass, clean coal and industrial waste heat, and you can choose the most cost-effective configuration according to your local on-site conditions, which can further reduce the operating cost by 28%-35%. The full PLC intelligent control system only needs 1 operator to manage the whole plant easily.
