Industrial Slag Dryer Plant
This industrial slag dryer plant is a full-set large-scale turnkey solution tailored for massive industrial slag resource utilization scenarios, covering hourly processing capacities from 10TPH to 100TPH. It is specially optimized for various high-hardness, high-moisture industrial slags including blast furnace slag, steel slag, non-ferrous metal smelting slag and other solid wastes, and is widely deployed in steel plant solid waste treatment centers, building material production bases and industrial parks for comprehensive utilization of solid wastes. It can stably process raw slag with 20%-35% initial moisture, and the final moisture of the dried finished slag can be precisely controlled below 5%, fully meeting the quality requirements of high-value products such as cement admixture, road base material and mineral powder raw materials.
Core Targeted Design for Slag Characteristics
The plant adopts a heavy-duty multi-cylinder nested insulation structure, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the drum body itself. The internal full high-wear-resistance alloy structure can withstand long-term impact and abrasion of high-hardness slag, and the patented anti-sticking cleaning device automatically scrapes off the slag adhered to the drum wall, completely eliminating the common pain point of slag blocking the equipment. The optimized gradient lifting system disperses the slag into a uniform suspended material curtain, making the heat exchange efficiency far higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryers, and the overall thermal efficiency can reach over 78%. The supporting multi-stage dust removal system achieves a dust collection rate of 99.9%, no fine material loss, and the emission fully meets the national environmental protection standards. The built-in flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles more than 70% of the residual heat from the exhaust gas, which can even be connected to the waste flue gas pipeline of the adjacent steel plant to use industrial waste heat as the heat source, further reducing the operating cost.

For a 30TPH plant, it can save more than 900,000 RMB on energy costs every year, and the full investment can be recovered within 11 months.
Extremely high durability: The drum and material contact parts are made of thickened high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, with a design service life of more than 17 years, and the annual failure rate is lower than 0.7%.
High flexibility for multi-scenario adaptation: It supports a variety of heat source options such as coal, biomass, natural gas and industrial waste heat, and can be customized according to your on-site slag composition, particle size and moisture characteristics.
