We have developed a low-temperature gentle drying structure tailored for the characteristics of kaolin clay, which is easy to agglomerate, sensitive to high temperature and requires no damage to the mineral crystal structure. The optimized gradient temperature control system avoids overheating and deterioration of kaolin, and the overall thermal efficiency reaches over 77%. It can stably reduce the moisture of raw wet kaolin from 25%-40% to below 1%, and the whiteness and particle fineness of the dried finished kaolin fully meet the high-grade standards for papermaking, coating and high-end ceramic raw materials.Ultra-high durability and low failure rate
All parts in contact with materials are made of food-grade polished stainless steel, which avoids iron pollution to kaolin. Every equipment must go through 72 hours of uninterrupted full-load test before delivery, with a design service life of more than 15 years, and the annual failure rate is controlled below 0.8%.Ultra-low comprehensive operating cost
