1. Product Overview
The 600 TPD automatic calcination rotary kiln is an intelligent continuous high-temperature calcination core equipment with a daily processing capacity of 600 tons. It is suitable for high-temperature decomposition and sintering of limestone, ores, metallurgy materials, and chemical powders.
The system integrates intelligent temperature control, automatic feeding and discharging, environmental dust removal, and a DCS automatic control system, enabling fully automated production. It effectively solves the problems of high energy consumption, unstable product quality, and high labor cost in traditional kilns.

2. Working Principle
The equipment relies on an inclined rotating kiln shell and a waste heat recovery system to achieve a continuous closed-loop calcination process:
Raw materials are automatically fed into the preheater, where they are preheated and impurities are removed using high-temperature flue gas from the kiln tail. The preheated material then enters the rotary kiln, where it moves steadily as the kiln rotates, and completes sufficient calcination in a constant-temperature zone.
The finished product is quickly cooled, and the hot air generated during cooling is recycled for energy saving. The system automatically regulates temperature, rotation speed, and feeding rate. Exhaust gas is treated to meet environmental emission standards, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
