We have developed a heavy-duty anti-wear and anti-sticking structure tailored for the high hardness, easy agglomeration and high-temperature residual heat characteristics of steel slag. The optimized gradient lifting plate design makes the material form a uniform full-section material curtain, and the overall thermal efficiency reaches over 79%, far exceeding the level of ordinary general-purpose dryers. It can stably reduce the moisture of raw wet steel slag from 20%-32% to below 3%, and the dried finished steel slag can directly meet the national standards for cement admixture, high-grade road base material, mineral powder raw materials and other high-value utilization products.Ultra-high durability and low failure rate
All parts in contact with materials are made of thickened high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, which can withstand long-term impact and abrasion of high-hardness steel slag. Every equipment must go through 72 hours of uninterrupted full-load test before delivery, with a design service life of more than 17 years, and the annual failure rate is controlled below 0.7%.Ultra-low comprehensive operating cost
