Core Design & Working Principle
This 50TPH model adopts a heavy-duty three-cylinder nested insulation structure, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the drum body itself. The internal high-wear-resistance gradient lifting system is optimized for the characteristics of high hardness and large specific heat capacity of limestone, making the material form a uniform full-section material curtain that fully contacts with hot air, and the heat exchange efficiency is 2.2 times higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryers. The supporting two-stage cyclone dust collector + pulse bag dust removal system achieves a dust recovery rate of 99.9%, no fine material loss, and the emission fully meets the national environmental protection standards. The built-in flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles more than 75% of the residual heat from the exhaust gas to preheat the incoming cold air, boosting the overall thermal efficiency to over 80%.
