Industrial Limestone Rotary Dryer
This industrial limestone rotary dryer is a professional heavy-duty drying equipment tailored for large-volume limestone processing scenarios, specially optimized for the high hardness, large specific heat capacity and easy dust generation characteristics of raw limestone. It covers models with hourly processing capacity from 5TPH to 100TPH, which can stably reduce the moisture of raw limestone with 15%-25% initial water content to below 1%, and is widely used in mining, cement production, thermal power desulfurizer processing and other industrial fields.
Core Working Principle
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed heavy-duty rotary drum structure. The wet limestone is sent into the drum through a quantitative feeding system, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the specially designed high-wear-resistance lifting plates inside, forming a uniform full-section material curtain that fully contacts with the high-temperature hot air flowing in the drum, completing efficient heat and mass transfer. The multi-stage temperature control design ensures that the moisture inside the limestone particles is fully evaporated, and the supporting multi-stage dust removal system captures the fine limestone dust carried in the tail gas, achieving a dust recovery rate of 99.9% without material loss. The built-in flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles more than 70% of the residual heat from the exhaust gas, greatly improving the overall thermal efficiency to over 78%.
