3. Working Principle of the Turnkey Circuit
Integrated Feeding & Scalping: Raw material is deposited into a heavy-duty hopper. A synchronized vibrating grizzly or scalping screen removes oversized rocks to protect the washing circuit and bypasses materials that do not require aggressive scrubbing.
Aggressive Dual-Shaft Scrubbing: The remaining clay-bound feed enters the lower end of the inclined log washer. Dual massive steel shafts lined with alternating alloy paddles rotate counter-directionally. The blades continuously cut and chop through mud balls, forcing the rocks to grind against each other (material-on-material attrition), stripping away stubborn clay jackets.
Counter-Current Rinsing: High-pressure spray bars rinse the tumbling rocks. The pitch of the paddles conveys the clean, heavy aggregates up the incline to discharge, while the dissolved clay and lighter silt float backward, exiting via the lower overflow weir.
Water Recycling & Tailings Management: Clean stone is sent to a dewatering screen. The muddy overflow slurry is immediately routed to a water clarification thickener and filter press, reclaiming up to 85%–90% of the process water for instant, closed-loop recirculation back into the log washer.
