1. Product Overview
Checkered plate, also known as anti-slip plate or embossed steel plate, is internationally called Diamond Plate. It is integrally formed by hot rolling or cold rolling embossing with carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy as the base material, with regular raised patterns on the surface. The base plate thickness excludes the height of pattern protrusions, and the protrusion height of patterns is no less than 20% of the base plate thickness.
It has two core functions: anti-slip load bearing and decorative protection, featuring wear resistance, water drainage and anti-deformation performance. It is a general anti-slip metal material widely used in industry, construction and transportation, complying with national standard GB/T 33974-2017 Hot-rolled Checkered Steel Plate and Strip.

Carbon Steel Checkered Plate (mainstream in market)
Materials: Q235B, Q355B, SS400
Advantages: High cost performance, high strength, easy welding and heavy load bearing; available for hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion

2.1Aluminum Alloy Checkered Plate
Materials: 1060, 3003, 5052 five-bar aluminum checkered plate
Advantages: Light weight, corrosion resistance, easy bending and processing

2.3 Classification by Production Process
Hot-rolled Checkered PlateIntegrally formed by high-temperature rolling. Base plate thickness ranges from 1.4mm to 16mm with highly three-dimensional raised patterns and superior anti-slip performance, suitable for thick plates under heavy load conditions, the general industrial grade.
Cold Rolled Embossed PlateSecondary embossing on cold-rolled sheets with thickness ≤4mm, flat and smooth surface and delicate patterns, mainly for decoration and lightweight indoor anti-slip occasions.
