What is UV CIPP Liner
Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a most fast, effective and efficient trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water pipe lines without the excavation for yard, pavement or driveway.
The UV CIPP liner is made from glass fibre matrix, polyester resin or vinyl ester resin, Nonwoven fabrica, UV protection film,etc and cured by UV light.

UV CIPP liner production line includes dry UV CIPP liner machine and wet liner impregnation machine:
Dry UV CIPP liner machine automatically lay and fold the material into round tube with several layer fiber glass material, including the inner film, outer film, non-woven fabric, fiber glass matrix and Kevlar rope.
The UV CIPP liner impregnation machine use the vacuum system of the resin injection unit to filling the resin to dryer liner what is vacuum before the unsaturated polyester resin is filled. The mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and thickener is poured through the glue injection gun in the resin mixing and injection system, and the unsaturated polyester resin is fully and evenly impregnated with glass fiber cloth by roller extrusion, and the sealing treatment is carried out immediately after the glue filling is completed.
The automatic rolling-pressing system to roll the UV CIPP liner with unsaturated polyester resin uniform with setting thickness.
The finished product will be inspected and folded into wooden box.
