Inversion CIPP felt liner tube manufacturing machine
This machine can produce the single layer or multi-layer inversion CIPP felt liner tube for pipe trenchless rehabilitation. It adopts hot air sealing technology to apply the plastic tape on top of sewn seam, making the seam waterproof. It is capable to weld (hot air) or sew two layers of felt simultaneously: one layer of polyester felt on the inside and one layer of laminated polyester felt on the outside. The laminated polyester felt layer can be with PVC, polyurethane (TPU), polyethylene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP). This machine can weld or sew both layers, tack welds layers together all automatically inline simultaneously, saving time and improving consistency and increasing quality.

Sewing technology: with fully automatic patchwork sewing technology, the strength of seam is stronger than the main felt
Hot sealing: with fully automatic hot air sealing technology to apply the tape on sewn seam, reliable, waterproof, no cracking, peeling
Variety of material: PU coated nonwoven felt, PVC coated nonwoven felt, PE coated nonwoven felt, PP coated nonwoven felt, glass fibre felt.
Big range: 50mm to 3000mm
Multi-layer: one or multi layer
The finished product is folded, easy to handling.
We also supply the high automatic and high speed wet liner impregnation machine. This machine is equipped with ultra flat impregnation platform with high precsion rolling car what is controlled by servo motor and linear scale to guarantee the thickness precision, fully automatic resin online dosing and mixing system ensure, and fully automatic multi-stage vacuum ssytem ensure the elminiting air from CIPP liner and full automatic folding system.
Our company can customize special equipment according to customer requirements for the production of PU composites, PE composites, PVC composites and glass fiber felt inversion or pull-in CIPP liner hoses.
