HCNJ-106 Disc Torque Sensor is a new type of dynamic torque sensor developed by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. based on its proprietary strain bridge technology. It is specially designed for occasions with relatively short axial space, thus bringing great convenience to users.

Note: Please ask the salesperson for the specific range size diagram. (When ordering a disc-type torque sensor with speed measurement, the teeth of the coupling need to be machined for matching.)
Installation
1. The HCNJ-106 disc-type torque sensor consists of two parts: the stator (stationary housing) and the rotor (rotating disc).
2. Connect the two ends of the rotor to the power or load respectively through flange couplings.
3. Fix the stationary housing on the base, adjust the gap, and ensure that there is no contact between the stationary housing and the rotating disc! The radial runout shall not exceed 0.5mm!
Common signal types and supporting products
1. The torque frequency signal can be directly transmitted to a computer or PLC for processing.
2. Match with the XSKM or XSY torque display instrument to directly display the torque value.
3. Match with the HN-201 series torque, speed and power meter to directly display the torque, speed and power values. Functions: Standard zero clearing; Two-way 4 - 20mA signal transmission for torque and speed, RS485 communication is optional.
4. Match with the F/I or F/V single-channel or dual-channel signal conversion module to convert the frequency signal into common analog signals such as 4 - 20mA or 1 - 5V, which is convenient for customers to collect signals;
5. Select the professional data acquisition card and supporting software of Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. to realize the functions of collecting, storing, printing and playing back signals such as torque and speed.
