Product Description 

The WLK-type controller is a DC constant current power supply controlled by a switching method, featuring small size, light weight, and high efficiency. It is mainly used to provide the excitation current for magnetic powder brakes, magnetic powder clutches, or eddy current brakes.

Note1: Manual and analog control can be switched through the toggle switch on the back panel of the instrument.

Note2: Manual and program control can be switched through the "Mode" touch key on the instrument panel. When the mode light is on, it only accepts the control from the host computer. When the mode light is off, it only accepts manual control.

 

Instruction Manual

1. Check whether all external components of the instrument are normal before use.

2. Connect the terminal on the back panel of the instrument and the excitation current wire of the magnetic powder brake (clutch) with a wire. There is no positive or negative polarity.

3. Turn on the power switch. The indicator light is on, indicating that the power is connected.

4. Rotate the potentiometer to adjust the current. The ammeter shows the current value. The torque of the magnetic powder brake (clutch) changes accordingly.

5. Pay attention to ventilation, moisture prevention, high temperature prevention, shock prevention, and gravity prevention during use.
