Product Overview:
HCNJ-101AThe axially installed torque sensor is developed on the basis of the proprietary technology of the strain bridge and is specifically used to measure torque and rotational speed parameters. This series of torque sensors uses the strain bridge electrical measurement technology. A set of toroidal transformers provides power in a non-contact manner, and a micro-power signal coupler is used to replace the toroidal transformer for non-contact signal transmission, effectively overcoming the high-order harmonic self-interference caused by the inductive coupling signal and the mutual interference of the energy toroidal transformer to the signal toroidal transformer. At the same time, the output sharp pulses are changed to square wave signals. Therefore, this series of torque sensors can operate at high speeds for a long time.
This series of axially installed torque sensors is designed by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. for the mixing industry or other special occasions where vertical installation is required and it is inconvenient to fix the base. It can be made into a single flange or double flanges on the axial end face, which can be circular flanges or square flanges.
