Design and function
Double-acting aluminum cylinder with a complete set of sensor grooves, adjustable pads and permanent magnets for proximity sensors. The sensors can be directly installed in the aluminum grooves. Refer to the following table for standard stroke lengths, and additional lengths can be provided according to user requirements.
The valves in this series comply with the 94/9/EG (ATEX) standard and are designed to be explosion-proof.

The valves produced by AIRTEC can withstand various usage environments, such as dusty environments, humid environments and the outdoors. The main reason is the spool structure of AIRTEC, which is AIRTEC's design. This is also the main reason why AIRTEC's products are famous worldwide for their high quality and long service life.
1) The unique sealing design of AIRTEC valves is a combination of a composite resin ring and an expanding O-ring. Since the composite resin ring is relatively hard, its expansion is very limited.
2) The valve sleeve is made of stainless steel, and there is a fit tolerance between the valve sleeve and the composite resin.
3) The inner edge of the small hole in the valve sleeve and the outer edge of the composite resin ring on the spool are both free of sharp edges. Its edge is like a razor, which can cut any impurity particles entering the small hole of the valve sleeve and be carried away by the air flow. This anti-pollution structure is very effective, enabling AIRTEC's valves to be widely used in equipment such as coal mines, mines and cement plants.
4) When the valve is not used for a long time, due to the unique spool structure of AIRTEC valves, the sealing ring will not stick to the valve sleeve, so the valve can be opened normally.
5) Compared with valves of the same specification and size, AIRTEC's valves have a larger flow rate.
1. Tubular valve installation: Threaded interface, can be installed individually or in groups. For MF-05, MF-07 and MF-25, a single air circuit board is required.
2. Combination valve: Six 3/2 poppet valves can be installed. Used for: MS-18, MS-20.
3. P air circuit board: With a common air inlet, suitable for installing 1 - 12 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 valves. The valves are installed with hollow bolts. Used for: M-04, M-05, M-07, P-05 and P-07.
4. P-R-S air circuit board: With a common air inlet and two common exhaust ports. Suitable for installing 5/2 and 5/3 valves. The valves are installed with hollow bolts. Used for: M-04, M-05, M-07, P-05 and P-07.
5. Plastic air circuit board: With a common air inlet and two common exhaust ports. The valves are directly installed on the air circuit board with two screws. Used for: MF-05, MF-25 and MF-07.
6. Modular air circuit board: Modular P-R-S air circuit board, expandable, with a common air inlet and two common exhaust ports. Valves of different sizes (1/8 and 1/4) can be installed. Used for: KM-09, KM-10.
7. Plate valve installation: Used for installing 5/2 and 5/3 valves. The advantage is that there is no need to pull out the pipes when replacing the valves. With a common air inlet and two common exhaust ports. The valves are directly installed on the air circuit board with two screws. Used for: MC-07, MC-20, MD-20.
8. Expandable air circuit board: This modular air circuit board is expandable, with a common air inlet and two common exhaust ports. Add valves as needed. Clips for installing DIN rails can be used.

Design and function
Through the multi-core cable, the control signal is transmitted from the controller to the valve island, thus greatly reducing the installation workload. The valve island not only has an electrical multi-pin plug, but also has LED indicators, manual control buttons and an internal overpressure protection circuit.
The valve with a G1/4 interface (2100NI/min/2.134Cv) needs to occupy 2 valve positions.
The above order numbers only include the air circuit board. The valves and multi-pin plug cables need to be specified separately.
When delivered, the valve island is fully assembled and has passed the factory performance test.
