Since the company has already installed personnel systems, attendance systems, etc., each employee has an induction card. These systems already contain information such as employee data and card numbers. To avoid re - entering this data in the ESD access control system, we can export a text file from the personnel system. This file should contain the information necessary for the ESD access control, such as employee ID, name, department, card number, etc. Then, use the import function of the ESD access control software to complete the initialization and update of the data. The import module must ensure that the access control settings made in the ESD access control software can still be retained after the import operation. This part of the work will be customized and completed by Suzhou Boyuanhong Electronics Co., Ltd.
This process of import and then export is similar to obtaining attendance data, so it can be smoothly integrated into the company's management process.
Export of access data
The transaction records of employees entering and exiting the passage can also provide necessary information for company management. Some companies directly use the access records of the passage as employee attendance. The system designed in this solution also has this function. According to customer requirements, we can add a module to the ESD access control management software so that the access records can directly enter the target database or be exported as a file for use by other systems.
