1．Product introduction:
A line width detector is an optical measuring instrument designed for precise detection. It uses a light source to illuminate the circuit board being tested, and after optical amplification and photoelectric signal conversion by the camera, the image signal is transmitted to a computer, displaying a clear image on the screen. Users can directly select the measurement area using a mouse, perform edge detection, and receive the measurement results. This device is primarily used to measure the upper and lower widths of lines on printed circuit boards (PCBs) after development and etching (before applying green oil), both inside and outside layers. It meets the needs of measuring line widths in finished and semi-finished PCBs of various thicknesses available on the market. The detector utilizes advanced technologies and components from both domestic and international sources, along with user-friendly software that is easy to learn and use.

width measurement: measure the width of burr and copper edge in the box selection area;
Boxed single line width measurement: measure the width between two lines in the box selection area;
Measurement of frame selection line width: Measure the width of copper edge in the frame selection area;

Box selection 13 line width measurement: measure the width between the upper copper edge and the lower rough edge in the box selection area;

3. applied range ：
The line width measuring instrument is mainly used to detect the upper and lower width, area, Angle, circle diameter, center distance, etc. of the lines in the inner and outer layers of the semi-finished PCB printed circuit board after development and etching (before green oil is applied). It can be extended to the microscopic size measurement of other electronic components.

The magnification can be adjusted from 70x to 450x.
The imaging quality is clear, the signal transmission has been specially processed, filtering noise, and has strong anti-interference ability;
The software can automatically find the edge, and the upper and lower line width measurement can be selected, so the measurement is faster and more accurate.
Automatic save measurement pictures and manual save pictures are combined to quickly export measurement data to Excel and word documents.
