1.Product Introduction
The Bamtone T90 is an automatic copper thickness inspection machine, which is a universal testing machine for the thickness of copper foil on the surface of a circuit board. It is suitable for the thickness detection of copper foil on the surface of PCB after electroplating.
2.Test principles
The plate flows into the test equipment from the front, passes through the plate-pushing mechanism, and continues to be transported forward. The plate is tested in three times (each time three points on one line are measured), and the upper and lower parts are tested simultaneously. After the test is completed, the plate enters the out-of-board area and flows into the back plate collector.
3、product function
Ø The equipment has intelligent characteristics, and provide drilling data to the machine, which can automatically identify, automatically find the appropriate point, and avoid the position with holes for measurement, or manually set the test point measurement.
Ø Can freely adjust the direction of the release plate for testing.
Ø The test data can be stored in each batch / shift / day for traceability to meet the quality needs of end customers;
Ø The machine is equipped with a leakage switch, combined with the correct grounding measures, to protect the personal safety;
Ø The control system is humanized, ergonomic, with automatic alarm prompt function;
Ø You can select the code gun to identify LOT number, product model, docking MES system to retrieve data, and upload MES database.
