1. Product introduction:

In the early days, the sampling methods of circuit board chips were mostly punching-shearing or sawing, and both of these methods may cause the sample to be deformed (especially when the number of layers of PCB board is high and the board is thick), which will lead to the fatal defect of inaccurate observation and testing. The automatic sampling machine developed and produced by our company has the function of drilling and milling, simple operation, rapid sampling, smooth sample edge, and will not damage the internal structure of the sample, making your test chip more realistic under metallographic microscope.
