.Product introduction:
TDR impedance tester H200B is a special instrument for high-bandwidth characteristic impedance test and analysis based on the time domain reflection principle (TDR). The instrument adopts true differential broadband sampling technology, which greatly improves the test bandwidth of the instrument, and the bandwidth can reach 20GHZ. It can automatically, quickly and accurately test the characteristic impedance of circuit boards and wires and cables in batches, and has the functions of waveform display and data recording and analysis.

3.Scope of application:
It is suitable for impedance testing, impedance analysis and impedance troubleshooting in factories, enterprises, universities, laboratories, scientific research institutions and military units. It is mainly used for the quick test coupon of PCB hard board and FPC soft board, and the impedance line test in PCB hard board and FPC soft board. Impedance test of high frequency cable, twisted pair, wire and cable, electronic connector test.

5.product features:
1) The application field of H200B covers impedance bar test and in-board test of soft board/hard board.
2) The highest bandwidth can reach 20GHz, which is at the leading level in China, and the shortest test line length can reach 2 cm.
3) The instrument has built-in calibration parts, which can be automatically calibrated when it is turned on, which solves the common problems of similar instruments such as complicated calibration process and drift of calibration data.
4) Standard microstrip probe and adjustable probe are used to test impedance lines and strips in the board to meet the test requirements of 5G circuit boards.
5) Built-in electrostatic protection circuit can withstand 35kV electrostatic discharge, and can be used in workshop environment, without strict anti-static laboratory and anti-static clothing operation.
6) Using true differential measurement technology, the real signal transmission scene is completely simulated and the measurement accuracy is higher.
7) Adopting the technology of combining high-precision multi-point calibration with automatic calibration, the factory multi-point calibration has higher accuracy.
8) Measurement data can be exported in various formats and can be read by ERP system.
