Product Description：

The PT500pro Machine Vibration & Gearbox Simulator adopts PLC control and touch screen operation. This experimental bench can simulate various common rotating machinery faults, including gear transmission faults, including  two-stage transmission spur gears and one-stage transmission planetary gearboxes and bearing faults. It can be  used in conjunction with data acquisition instruments and analysis software to analyze fault characteristics, forming  a multi-purpose and comprehensive experimental system platform, providing a good experimental analysis  environment and algorithm basis for gear transmission and bearing faults. As an innovative experimental platform  for studying the characteristics of rotating machinery faults, it fully meets the wide needs of scientific research users.

Configuration：

The experimental platform mainly consists of equipment foundation base plate platform, three-phase asynchronous  variable frequency motor, coupling, bearing dynamic balance rotor disk assembly, two-stage transmission spur  gearbox, torque tachometer, planetary gearbox, programmable magnetic powder loader, touch screen operation  unit, frequency converter, magnetic powder loading control unit, and communication module.

Function：

• PLC control, touch screen operation, real-time display of parameters such as current, voltage, speed, torque,  etc.

• Fault bearing simulation: bearing inner race fault, bearing outer race fault, bearing rolling element fault,  bearing cage fault, and comprehensive bearing fault.

• Gear fault simulation: missing teeth, broken teeth, wear, cracks.

• Simulation of planetary gear faults: missing gear, broken gear, wear, cracks.

• Rotor dynamic balance test.. 

• Common mechanical failures: mechanical looseness, friction, and misalignment during testing.

• Identification of bearing failure frequency and gear failure frequency at different speeds.

• Test bench start stop test.

• Research on the vibration characteristics of the test bench under different torque loads
