Preparatory work
Materials and tools: Prepare A and B two-component rubber material, electronic scale, mixing container, mixing knife, release agent, gauze or glass fiber cloth, vacuum machine, etc.
Mold treatment: Polish the surface of the mold until smooth, and then evenly brush the release agent, such as Vaseline, liquid paraffin, dishwashing liquid diluent, soap, etc., after brushing, dry with a hair dryer or dry with gauze to avoid uneven release agent brushing.
Glue preparation
According to the proportion in the liquid silicone product manual, use electronic scale to accurately weigh the silicone compound of A and B components. Generally, the curing ratio of the molded liquid silica gel is 1:1, and the proportion of the condensed liquid glue is 100:5, etc., the A and B components are weighed into the mixing container, and the mixture is fully stirred evenly to ensure that the color of the rubber material is consistent and there is no lump.
Vacuum defoaming
The stirred silica gel is put into the vacuum machine for vacuuming exhaust bubble treatment, the time of vacuuming is generally 5-10 minutes, the specific time can be adjusted according to the amount of silica gel and the bubble situation, but not more than 10 minutes, so as to avoid the cross-linking reaction of silica gel in the exhaust bubble process.
Brush operation
First brushing: Apply the vacuum defoaming silicone evenly on the treated mold, ensuring that the silicone completely covers the surface of the mold, and the brushing thickness is moderate and uniform.
Paste fiber cloth: After brushing the first layer of silica gel, wait for about 30 minutes, when the silica gel is initially cured with a certain viscosity, the gauze or glass fiber cloth is smoothly pasted on the surface of the silica gel, which is used to increase the strength and tension of the silicone mold.
The second brush: after pasting the fiber cloth, brush a layer of silicone again, so that the fiber cloth is completely covered by silicone, further enhance the strength and tightness of the mold, if necessary, you can repeat the steps of pasting the fiber cloth and brushing the silicone.
Curing molding
After brushing, the liquid silica gel is cured according to its curing characteristics. Can be static curing at room temperature, different models of silicone at room temperature 25 degrees curing time is different, generally need 4-12 hours or so, can also be selected according to the actual situation to shorten the curing time, but need to pay attention to the control of heating temperature and time, to avoid overheating damage of silicone.

After the silicone is completely cured, carefully remove the silicone mold from the mold, and pay attention to gentle action when demoulding to prevent damage to the mold or mold, you can gently pry the edge of the mold or use the demoulding tool to assist the demoulding
