Is EN 13501-1 A1/A2/B/C/D/E/F the EU CE Certification Standard?

EN 13501-1 is not a coordinated standard for EU CE certification, but a mandatory fire test standard in the CE certification coordinated standard. The mandatory fire test items in applying for CE certification system 1 or system 3 are based on the EN 13501-1 standard, and then a certificate is issued based on the fire test results.

This standard applies to three types of building products (the specific content will be introduced separately in the standard):

ŸBuilding products, except for flooring materials and tubular insulation materials;

Note: Different products have different test methods and judgment bases, and the A1/A2/B/C/D/E/F mentioned above belong to the test scope of building products.
