German technical background VOK®-3601 surface additive
VOK®-3601 improves scratch resistance in non-aqueous radiation-curable coatings and is recommended for solventborne and solvent-free parquet and furniture coatings.
Even if the dosage of this additive is as low as 1-5%, it still imparts good scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance to the coating film, without a good effect on the optical properties (such as gloss), color, transparency or other properties of the coating film.
Chemical composition: nano alumina dispersion
Solvent: Tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA)
Dosage of additives: 1,5 - 6 % of total formulation dosage
