Features and Benefits

The additive can deflocculate the pigment by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved, while the viscosity is reduced. This also improves the leveling performance and increases the pigment content.

Recommended use

It is especially recommended for architectural coatings and anti-corrosion coating systems, if the amount of organic solvent added to the formula needs to be as low as possible.

Recommended dosage

The amount of additives (purchased form) is based on the pigment.

Inorganic pigment: 0.5-1%

Titanium dioxide: 0.2-0.5%

Organic pigment: 1-5%
