VOK ®- FL 399 is a non silicone surface additive used to improve the leveling of solvent based coatings. Slightly reduce the surface tension, and have defoaming effect at higher dosage.

Features and Benefits
The additive provides good leveling, and does not affect the gloss and haze. It slightly reduces the surface tension of the coating, so it can improve the substrate wettability and anti shrinkage capacity of the coating. VOK ®- 399 has no effect on repainting and unstable foaming, and even has defoaming function at a higher dosage (0.7%). The additive contains no organic silicon and fluorine.
Recommended use
The additive has good compatibility and is recommended for all solvent based one component and two component systems, as well as baking paint systems.
Recommended dosage
0.05-1% auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any production stage, including post addition.
