KRYZ fire resistant oil purifier
For the chemical composition of fire resistant oil, the phosphate ester is the main component with certain acidity and corrosive characteristics. All the flow-through parts of the KRYZ fire resistant oil purifier are made of stainless steel. All the seals are made of silicone rubber or fluoro rubber which are compatible with fire resistant oil. The purifier, combining technologies such as degassing, dehydration, filtration, etc., can quickly remove water, gas and acidic substances in the fire resistant oil, and can restrain the hydrolysis of the oil and improve the service life of the fire resistant oil.
KRYZ fire resistant oil purifier overcomes the fundamental problem that fire resistant oil continuously hydrolyzes under high temperature and pressure, caused by traditional fire resistant oil purifier uses polymer adsorbents to directly adsorb acidic substances in oil, but they could not remove water and gas from oil.
KRYZ fire resistant oil purifiers are mainly used for filtration, purification& regeneration of EH systems and other hydraulic systems.
Performance
After the fire resistant oil to be purified is processed by the purifier for several cycles, the following indicators can be achieved:
Appearance: transparent, light yellow Nominal filtration accuracy: ≤3um
Water content: ≤100PPM Acid value: ≤0.03mg KOH/g
Chlorine content: 0.005% Cleanliness:NAS1638 6 or SAE 3
