Performance Features
The height of the tank is much longer than the diameter, and the whole tank is vertical barrel cone-shaped; due to its slender body, adds flocculant in the concentration process, which accelerates the concentration process of material settlement and overflow water clarification; the new design greatly improves the bottom flow concentration and overflow water quality;It can truly realize intelligent operation; the processing capacity is 3-8 times higher than the traditional thickener, the underflow concentration can reach 300-800 g / L, and the quality of overflow water can meet the national emission standards.
Working principle
One of the ways to improve the capacity of the settling machine is to add flocculant. Flocculants for mineral processing mainly include anionic or cationic polyacr ylamide. Compared with the conventional settling machine, the advantage of the high-efficiency settling machine is to adopt the appropriate feeding and distributing system, so that the pulp can be fully mixed with the flocculant. The particles in the pulp can settle rapidly to improve the processing capacity.The self dilution distribution device adopts deep distribution and horizontal flow settlement mode, the distribution depth can be adjusted within a cer tain range, and the feeding pipe is tangent to the fixed cylinder. The slurry is fed in tangential direction instead of traditional ver tical direction in the distribution barrel, and the slurry rotates and sinks in the distribution barrel. An over flow port is evenly opened on the distribution drum along the circumference, and the clarified water in the upper part of the concentration tank automatically returns to the feeding drum of the settling machine due to the self-priming action, so as to dilute the pulp concentration of the incoming material, reduce the mutual interference of solid par ticles in the settlement process, and improve the treatment capacity of the unit area accumulation.
