Performance Features
The height of the tank is much longer than the diameter, and the whole tank is vertical barrel cone-shaped; due to its slender body, adds flocculant in the concentration process, which accelerates the concentration process of material settlement and overflow water clarification; the new design greatly improves the bottom flow concentration and overflow water quality;It can truly realize intelligent operation; the processing capacity is 3-8 times higher than the traditional thickener, the underflow concentration can reach 300-800 g / L, and the quality of overflow water can meet the national emission standards.
Working principle
Under the condition of adding flocculant, the flotation tail coal is sent to the lower feed barrel with a tapered distribution port. Most of the water in the slime water flows to the periphery in the clarification zone of the cylindrical part of the thickener, and a small part forms a small eddy current in the flocculation zone. In the conical por tion of the body, that is, in the compression zone, the sediment is compressed by gravity, discharged from the bottom flow port or pumped out. The deep cone concentrator has a diameter of 6 to 10 m, a cylindrical por tion with a height of 6 to 7 m, and a conical por tion with a height of 7.8 m. The cone of the deep cone concentra-tor is thicker, and the bottom of the sediment is subjected to large gravity compression, so that the solid content of the under flow is high. According to the characteristics of the tailings and the amount of the under flow, the under flow solid content is between 200 and 800 g/l. If a slight agitation is applied to the precipitate after flocculation, the degree of compression will be higher, so some cones of the deep cone concentrator are equipped with a stirring device to facilitate the dehydration of the sediment.
