Working principle

 

HST single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed by the upper frame, middle frame (medium crushing type), lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder etc. HST Cone Crusher is driven by the motor when working, the horizontal shaft will rotate and make the eccentric sleeve rotate through the gear , and driven the moving cone crusher to move circularly by eccentric sleeve, in order to crushing the stone continuously.
