Dewatering screen is mainly used for dewatering, desliming and demineralization. It can be used for washing sand in sand and stoneplant, recovering slime in coal preparation plant, dry discharging oftallings in ore dressing plant, etc. Therefore, it is also called sand dewatering screen, mining dewatering screen, slime dewatering screen,dry discharging screen of tailings, high frequency dewatering screen,etc. It is composed of exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, frame,suspension spring and screen.
Performance Features
1. No rotating parts, no need to add lubricating oil;
2. Simple structure, convenient maintenance, durable and low failure rate;
3. The vibrator running with principle of resonance. It running in the critical resonance state of the double mass with low driving power, there is low starting current and the low noise.
4. After the vibrator started, the amplitude can reach the working stable value instantaneously. The amplitude will disappear instantly when it stops, and it is allowed to start and stop directly under rated voltage, current and amplitude.
5. The exciting vibration or amplitude of the screen can be adjusted. The particle size of the product under the screen can be controlled by changing the exciting force of the screen (adjusting the exciting vibration), which is ver y beneficial to ensure the concentrate grade of the ore with different crystal size.
Working principle
The dewatering screen adopts cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has a long flowing line and many screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high effficiency, low noise, durability, convenient maintenance and safe use. The high-frequency dewatering screen is widely used in the product classification of mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industr y and other industries. The dewatering screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V belt, and the screen box vibrates due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
