Performance Features
1. The first gravity dewatering section is inclined, which makes the sludge up to 1700mm from the ground, increases the height of sludge in the gravity dewatering section, and improves the gravity dewatering capacity.
2. The gravity dehydration section is long, and the first and second gravity dehydration sections are more than 5m in total, which makes the sludge fully dehydrated and lose its fluidity before pressing. At the same time, the gravity dehydration section is also equipped with special mechanisms such as reverse rotation, which can make the sludge filter cake obtain the lowest water content through the functions of wedge shaped and S-shaped pressing.
3. The first dehydration roller adopts "t" type drainage tank, which makes a large amount of water quickly discharged after pressing, thus improving the dehydration effect.
4. Automatic control device is set for belt deviation. The belt tension and moving speed can be adjusted freely, and the operation and management are convenient.
5. Low noise and no vibration.
6. The dosage of chemicals is small.
Working principle
After the concentrated sludge and a certain concentration of flocculant are fully mixed in the static and dynamic mixers, the small solid particles in the sludge gather to form a large flocculent lump, and free water is separated at the same time. The flocculated sludge is transported to the filter belt for concentration and gravity dehydration,Under the action of gravity, the free water is separated to form the sludge in the non flowing state, and then it is clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts. Under the action of wedge preloading area, low pressure area and high pressure area from small to large extrusion pressure and shear force, the sludge is gradually squeezed to achieve the maximum separation of mud and water, and finally the filter cake is formed to discharge.
