This is a new type crusher developed according to the feedback of users and the development trend of crushing industry, combined with the experimental data of ourcrushing experience. Compared with other Hammer Crushers, it has larger hammer pin diameter, the head of hammer is more heavy and higher strike linear speed,which overcomes the disadvantages of other hammer crushers,such as fast wear of hammer head and easy breaking of hammer pin, large feeding particle size, high crushing ratioand low maintenance cost. Heavy hammer crushing can directly crush the material with a grain size of 600-1200 mmto less than 25 mm at one time. The heavy hammer crusheris suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hardness andbrittleness materials such as limestone with compressivestrength not more than 150 MPa and calcium content higherthan 40%, such as coal, salt, white Asia, gypsum, alum,brick, tile, coal gangue, etc.
Performance Features
1. The large avoidance port, the crushing chamber, and the hardness of the material, the block size is large, and the spar powder is less.
2. It adopts the material of Shangyu Steel and High Anchor Jintie, which has strong resistance to production.
3. After optimization design, the method of controlling the size of the discharge material by the basket is changed, and the wear of the 7-head in the base cavity is reduced, so that the life of the steamed bread is increased by 4-6 times, which is more energy-saving and more efficient.
4. The material feeding size is large, the discharge granularity is small, and the multi-level magnetic crushing is one-stage crushing, which completely realizes a low-cost operation of breaking the top and breaking. Therefore, it can reduce the cost by 35%. It is a device with low energy consumption and low investment.
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inthe crushing chamber. The material is fed into themachine from the upper feeding port and crushed bythe impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speedmoving hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particles smaller than the sizeof the sieve hole are discharged through the sieveplate. The coarse particles larger than the size of thesieve hole are blocked on the sieve plate and continueto be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally passthrough the sieve plate exhauster.
