The European style impact crusher is a new generation of impact crusher products after optimized design. Performance Features
1. Large feed inlet, high crushing chamber, suit for high hardness materials, large block and less stone powder in finished products.
2. The clearance between the impact plate and the plate hammer is convenient to adjust, and the discharging particle size is well controlled, with good particle shape.
3. The structure is compact, the machine is rigid, and the rotor has a large moment of inertia.
4. High chromium plate hammer, high impact resistance, wear resistance and great impact.

6. High benefit for full crushing function, high productivity, small part swear.
When the material enters the plate hammer action zone, the plate hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor is crushed by high-speed impact on the material fed into the crushing cavity, and the crushed material is thrown at a high speed in the tangential direction toward the counterattack plate at the other end of the crushing cavity. Once again, it is broken, and then rebounds from the counter-attack liner back to the hammer action zone and is back-triggered. The material is broken into large, small, and one, two, and three counter-attack chambers. During the round trip, there is also a collision between the materials. As the material is hit by the hammer, the impact of the counterattack and the collision between the materials, the material continues to crack, loose and smash. When the material particle size is smaller than the gap between the third counterattack plate and the hammer, it is discharged.
