The filter chamber of membrane filter press consists of the membrane plate and the chamber plate.With the help of the feeding pump,the soild and liquid are separated by the filter medium(filter cloth).After the filter cake is formed,and then air or liquid gose into membrane plate.The second squeezing happens by membrane plate bulk and lower moisture content .Membrane filter press is suitable for the filtration of viscous material and user who has higher requirements about the moisture content of filter cake.

Operating principle
Inoperation,the pressing device(cylinder piston rod or screw)drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate.Filter chamber are formed between pressured filter plates and materials get into the filter chamber through the feeding inglet of tail plate .Solid particles are remained in filter chamber forming into cakes,while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.To wash the press cakes,washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.In similar manner,drying the filter cakes with compressed air going into the washing inlect.
