Filter press overview
1. Automatic chamber-type filter press is a kind of pressure filtration apparatus that operates intermittently. They apply to solid-liquid separation of various suspensions.
2. Automatic chamber-type pressure filters feature wide application range, good separating effects, simple structure, easy operation, as well as safe and reliable use. They are widely used in fields such as coal washing, petroleum, chemical, dye, metallurgy, medicine, food and alcohol.
3. Besides, they are applicable to various fields that require separation of solids and liquids for treatment of industrial waste water and municipal waste water such as textile, printing and dying, pharmacy, papermaking, leather, and monosodium glutamate.

Filter press application
Filter press is widely used in the sludge dewatering of city waste water treatment plants, textile dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, brewing, food processing, coal washing, the petroleum chemical industry, chemistry, metallurgy, pharmacy, ceramics etc. industries. It is also suitable for separating solid from liquid and liquid leaching process.
Before sales: Guide customer to choose the most suitable type of equipments; provide advanced, energy-saving and practical flow chart as well as responsible for designing the whole schem.
On sales: Inspect the product seriously before out of the factory; Invite customer for commissioning in the spot and raising the objection:Organize to delivery according to the contract.
After sales: Company can send technical persons for guiding to install ,debugg and train the workers.
We will provide one-year warranty to make sure your machine work well. We have spare parts of the very machine in stock all the time which means the replacements can be sent to you timely.

Q: About payment A:Usually 30%T/T prepaid and 70%TT to be paid upon received copy of bill of lading.
A:Commonly 10~30 days after received 30% deposit. We will advise the detailed delivery time upon received your specific inquiry.
Q:Instalation
A: As per customer's requests, Zhaoxin would arrange installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.
Q: About warranty
A: The warranty is one year exclude the wearable parts of the machine.
Q: What if customer not familiar with mining?
A: Do not worry, Zhaoxin offers full service from mining, prospecting, mineral processing experiment, project technical design, machinery and equipment installing to technical conduction and operators training.
