PBF Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter Press for Sludge Filter Press
PBF horizontal tray belt filter uses vacuum negative pressure as impetus and uses the filter cloth or the net as the filtration medium.Under the working of the vacuum suction and the slurrys gravity,the solid-liquid separation can be achieved easily.Because the filter can be useful for slurry with different concentration and because of the high efficient,it can be used in the fields of chemical industry ,coal chemical,metallurgy,mines,environmental protection,and food industry etc.
Technical characteristics
1. The process of the feeding,filtering,washing,discharging and the regenerating can be achieved efficiently and automatically.
2. It can wash slurry by the methods of multistage current or countercurrent.The filtration liquor and the washing liquor can be collected separately.
3. It can filer a thin layer cake quickly for the hard filtration and the high viscosity clurry.
4. It is flexible to assemble equipment because of the modular structure.
5. It is conveninent to do the remote and spot control for the PLC.
