Extremely cool air may decrease the temperature of cutters, avoid temperature of cutter too high which will become sinter then it will cause “cutter broken” and “damage on the surface of work piece.” The cool air may balance the temp. of cutting part, avoid deforming of work piece, and increase work accuracy. After testing, compared with general air, the extremely cool air may weaken the sudden friction obstruction, prolong cutter life, and make the surface of work piece more smooth.
