1. Product Description

The High Capacity Rotary Dryer for Palm Fiber Drying is high-throughput drying equipment specially developed for large-scale dehydration of palm fiber in palm oil mills and biomass fuel factories. Palm fiber is fibrous, high in moisture, light in weight and prone to winding, agglomeration and sticking to the cylinder wall. This dryer adopts enlarged thickened drum body, customized anti-winding lifting plates, high-efficiency heat exchange assembly and intelligent control system. It can continuously process large volumes of wet palm fiber, rapidly remove excess moisture and keep stable discharging moisture. Capable of 24-hour full-load operation, it is the preferred drying equipment for large palm fiber recycling and biomass pellet projects.

2. Working Principle

This high capacity rotary dryer for palm fiber adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous large-volume dehydration principle. Wet palm fiber is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum by the feeding system. Specially designed anti-winding lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and scatter the fibrous material to form an even material curtain, enabling sufficient contact between palm fiber and hot air. Hot air flows counter to the material movement direction and transfers heat to evaporate surface and internal moisture of wet palm fiber. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding rate and heat supply to maintain stable drying performance. Exhaust gas and fine palm fiber dust are captured and purified by the matched dust removal system to comply with environmental emission standards. Qualified dried palm fiber is continuously conveyed to subsequent pelletizing, briquetting or other deep processing procedures.
