1. Product Description
The High Capacity EFB Biomass Rotary Dryer Machine is high-throughput drying equipment developed for large-scale dehydration of Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) biomass from palm oil mills. EFB is long-fibered, high in moisture, light in texture and easy to tangle and bridge to cause blockage. This dryer adopts enlarged thickened drum body, heavy-duty transmission assembly, customized anti-blocking lifting plates and intelligent control system. It can continuously process massive wet EFB, rapidly remove excess moisture and maintain stable discharging moisture index. Capable of 24-hour full-load operation, it is the preferred drying equipment for large-scale EFB recycling and biomass fuel production projects.
2. Working Principle
This high capacity EFB biomass rotary dryer machine adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous large-volume dehydration principle. Wet EFB material is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum by the feeding system. Specially designed anti-blocking lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and disperse the long-fiber EFB to form an even material curtain inside the cylinder, enabling sufficient heat contact between EFB and hot air. Hot air flows counter to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of wet EFB. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding rate and heat supply to keep stable drying performance. Exhaust gas and fine fiber dust are captured and purified by the matched dust removal system to comply with environmental emission standards. Qualified dried EFB is continuously conveyed to subsequent pelletizing, briquetting or boiler fuel supply procedures.
