1. Product Description
The Heavy Duty Rotary Dryer for Industrial Sludge Processing is a robust heavy-load drying equipment tailored for continuous dewatering of various industrial sludge from chemical plants, printing and dyeing factories, electroplating workshops and other industrial facilities. Industrial sludge usually has high moisture, high viscosity, complex composition and strong corrosiveness in some cases, which easily causes material caking and wall sticking. This rotary dryer adopts thickened anti-corrosion drum body, reinforced heavy-duty transmission assembly, customized anti-sticking lifting plates, stable heating system and intelligent monitoring module. It can operate reliably under long-term heavy load to steadily reduce the moisture of wet industrial sludge. It is key supporting equipment for industrial sludge reduction, solid waste recycling and harmless treatment projects.
2. Working Principle
This heavy duty rotary dryer for industrial sludge adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet industrial sludge is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum by feeding equipment. The special anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and break sticky sludge agglomerates to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder for sufficient heat exchange between sludge and hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of industrial sludge. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep stable drying quality. Exhaust gas and fine sludge dust are collected and purified by the matched dust removal and tail gas treatment system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried industrial sludge is continuously discharged for subsequent resource utilization or harmless disposal.
