unch is long-fibered, high-moisture, easy to tangle and bridge inside the dryer, which may cause blockage. This rotary drum dryer adopts customized anti-blocking lifting plates, stable heat supply system and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously and evenly reduce the moisture of wet EFB, maintain stable discharging indicators, and adapt to long-cycle continuous operation. It is essential supporting equipment for EFB recycling, biomass pellet and bioenergy production.
2. Working Principle
This rotary drum dryer for empty fruit bunch biomass adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet empty fruit bunch is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The special anti-blocking lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and disperse the long-fiber EFB materials to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder, enabling sufficient heat exchange between EFB and hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of empty fruit bunch. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to stabilize drying quality. Exhaust gas and fine fiber dust are collected and purified by the matched dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried EFB is continuously discharged for subsequent pelletizing, boiler fuel or deep processing.
