1. Product Description
The Continuous Rotary Dryer for High Moisture Sewage Sludge is specially designed continuous drying equipment for high-moisture sewage sludge produced in municipal sewage treatment plants. Sewage sludge features high water content, strong viscosity and poor flow property, and is prone to agglomeration and adhesion to the cylinder wall. Equipped with customized anti-sticking lifting plates, stable heat supply system and intelligent monitoring module, this dryer can run continuously and steadily to reduce the moisture of wet sewage sludge. It is an essential supporting facility for sludge volume reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization projects.
2. Working Principle
This continuous rotary dryer adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and uninterrupted continuous dehydration principle. High-moisture sewage sludge is quantitatively and continuously delivered into the rotary drum by the feeding system. The special anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and break sludge lumps to form an even material curtain inside the drum, so that the sludge can fully exchange heat with hot air. Hot air flows against the moving direction of materials and evaporates the surface and internal moisture of sewage sludge. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and finished sludge moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to maintain stable drying indicators. Exhaust gas and fine sludge dust are captured and purified by the matched dust and tail gas treatment system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried sludge is continuously discharged for subsequent disposal or recycling.
