1. Product Description
The Complete Industrial Rotary Sand Drying Plant Equipment is an integrated turnkey drying solution tailored for large-scale sand processing enterprises. The whole set consists of feeding device, rotary drum dryer, heating system, dust collection unit, automatic control cabinet, conveying equipment and supporting pipelines. It is widely applicable for drying quartz sand, river sand, manufactured sand, construction sand and other granular sand materials. The complete plant can realize automatic continuous procedures from raw wet sand feeding, heat drying, dust collection to finished dry sand output. Compared with single standalone dryer, this integrated system features coordinated operation of all modules, stable outlet moisture, high automation degree and easy overall management. It is suitable for newly-built large sand processing bases or overall technical renovation projects of existing sand plants.
2. Working Principle
This complete sand drying plant adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and centralized automatic control principle. Wet sand raw material is quantitatively and continuously transported into the rotary drum dryer by the feeding and conveying system. Inside the drum, wear-resistant lifting plates repeatedly lift and scatter sand materials to break agglomerations and form a uniform material curtain, enabling sufficient contact between sand grains and hot air flow. The heating system supplies stable hot air which flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange to evaporate moisture from wet sand. Real-time sensors monitor sand humidity, temperature and air parameters, and transmit data to the central PLC control cabinet to automatically adjust feeding speed, heat supply and air volume. Water vapor and fine sand dust generated during drying are captured and recycled by the sealed negative-pressure dust removal system to reduce material loss and meet emission standards. After drying treatment, qualified dry sand is conveyed to the finished product area continuously to complete the full production workflow.
