1. Product Description
The Heavy Duty Industrial Rotary Dryer for Coal Drying is a robust, long-service-life drying equipment built for harsh working conditions in coal processing plants. It is suitable for the dehydration of raw coal, fine coal, coal slime and other high-viscosity coal materials. Wet coal is prone to sticking, caking and abrasion during processing, which brings heavy load impact to drying equipment. This heavy-duty rotary dryer adopts thickened drum shell, reinforced supporting riding wheels, wear-resistant anti-sticking lifting plates and stable heavy-load transmission assembly. It can continuously and reliably remove internal and surface moisture of bulk coal under long-term high-load operation, keep stable moisture of finished coal, and is a core durable drying equipment for large-scale coal washing and coal deep processing projects.
2. Working Principle
This heavy duty coal rotary dryer adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and heavy-load continuous dehydration principle. Wet coal is quantitatively and continuously delivered into the thickened rotary drum through the feeding system. The reinforced anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, overturn and scatter coal materials to prevent adhesion on the drum wall and form a uniform material curtain, enabling sufficient contact between coal particles and hot air. Stable hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange, evaporating moisture gradually within a safe temperature range to avoid coal spontaneous combustion. The heavy-load transmission system ensures stable rotation even under full material load. The PLC monitoring system tracks drum temperature, air volume and outlet moisture in real time to adjust operation parameters. Exhaust gas and coal dust are captured and treated by a sealed dust removal system to meet emission standards. Qualified dry coal is continuously discharged after drying.
