1. Product Description

The Energy Efficient Rotary Dryer for Coal Processing Industry is an energy-saving drying equipment optimized for coal washing plants, coal preparation plants and coal deep processing lines. It is applicable for drying raw coal, fine coal, coal slime and other coal-based materials. Traditional coal dryers generally suffer from high heat loss, low thermal utilization rate and high operating cost. This energy-efficient rotary dryer is equipped with enhanced heat preservation structure, optimized airflow layout, special anti-sticking lifting plates and intelligent energy-saving control module. It can effectively reduce heat waste while stably removing moisture from wet coal, maintain uniform moisture of finished coal, and support long-term continuous operation. It is an ideal upgrading equipment for coal enterprises to reduce energy consumption and lower production costs.

2. Working Principle

This energy efficient coal rotary dryer adopts gradient countercurrent heat exchange and energy recycling principle. Wet coal is continuously and quantitatively fed into the rotary drum. The anti-sticking lifting plates lift and scatter coal materials repeatedly to avoid wall adhesion and form an even material curtain for full contact between coal particles and hot air. The optimized hot air circulation system makes full use of residual heat, and hot air conducts progressive countercurrent heat exchange inside the drum to evaporate moisture within a safe temperature range and prevent coal spontaneous combustion. The PLC intelligent control system dynamically adjusts feeding rate, air volume and heat supply according to real-time coal humidity and temperature data to minimize unnecessary energy consumption. Exhaust gas and coal dust are collected by the sealed dust removal system, and part of the waste heat can be recycled to further improve energy utilization. Qualified dry coal is continuously discharged after drying treatment.
