1. Product Description

The Large Capacity Industrial Dryer for Wet Lignite Coal is a high-throughput professional drying equipment developed for large-scale dehydration and upgrading of wet lignite. Wet lignite is characterized by high inherent moisture, high volatile matter and low calorific value, and it is prone to spontaneous combustion and oxidation during thermal treatment, which brings great challenges to large-volume continuous drying. This dryer adopts an enlarged heavy-duty cylinder structure, optimized low-temperature anti-sticking lifting plates, high-efficiency heat exchange assembly and multi-safety intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously process massive wet lignite, efficiently remove internal and surface moisture under safe low-temperature conditions, raise the calorific value of finished lignite, and support 24-hour full-load stable operation. It is preferred equipment for large lignite upgrading plants and thermal power fuel preparation projects.

2. Working Principle

This large capacity dryer for wet lignite adopts gradient countercurrent low-temperature circulating heat exchange and safe high-volume continuous dehydration principle. Wet lignite is quantitatively and continuously transported into the heavy-duty cylinder by the feeding system. The optimized anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, overturn and scatter lignite materials to avoid wall adhesion and agglomeration, forming a uniform material curtain to ensure sufficient contact between lignite particles and low-temperature hot air. Low-temperature hot air flows countercurrently inside the cylinder for mild progressive heat exchange to evaporate moisture, with material temperature strictly controlled to prevent spontaneous combustion and oxidation of lignite. The PLC intelligent system monitors cylinder temperature, exhaust parameters and outlet lignite moisture in real time, automatically adjusting feeding speed and heat supply to keep consistent drying quality. Exhaust gas and lignite dust are captured and purified by the sealed dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Qualified dried lignite is continuously discharged for subsequent utilization.
